Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags and hygienic liners attached within 14 days of delivery.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear that has had the hygienic liner removed.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us via our social media or the number attached to your order with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If you pre-ordered an item, you can cancel it if it has not yet shipped and we will refund you.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-returnable Items
- Gift cards.
- Items without the sticker liner.
